PCII or the "SURVIVING CORPORATION"). Merger Sub and PCII are hereinafter together referred to as the "MERGING CORPORATIONS".
PCI means payment card information including any data related to credit card holders’ names, credit card numbers, or the other credit card information as may be protected by state or federal law.
PCI DSS means the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, issued by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, as may be revised from time to time.

Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.
Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period;
External beam radiation therapy means therapeutic irradiation in which the source of radiation is at a distance from the body.
Spectrum means frequencies of electromagnetic spectrum used to provide fixed or mobile communications services as licensed or authorized by the FCC.

Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

Management System means an integrated set of interrelated and documented elements to prevent, control and improve the performance of a facility or group of facilities related to industrial safety, operational safety and environmental protection in the sector which the Contractor shall implement throughout the performance of the Petroleum Activities in compliance with the requirements set forth in Articles 13, 14 and 16 of the Law of the National Agency for Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection of the Hydrocarbons Sector and the other Applicable Laws.
Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organizational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;
Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. CCI means Charter Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and any successor Person thereto.

State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.
Online Transaction means any Phone/Electronic Transaction requested through an Electronic Transmission over the Internet.
ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.
