PBS Domestic Chapters Clause Samples

PBS Domestic Chapters. Each PBS Chapter represents PBS in a particular city or state of the United States and carries out the mission of PBS within that city or state. Chapters are not separately incorporated organizations, but rather operate as part of the PBS legal entity. As part of the PBS legal entity, all activities of each Chapter are subject to the ultimate authority and discretion of PBS leadership. PBS Chapters must abide by the terms, guidelines, and expectations set forth in these Standards.
