Payroll Adjustment. Verification of coursework must be received by September 15 for the employee to receive a full twelve (12) month pay increase. 1. Verification of coursework, an official transcript submitted by the employee, must be received by October 15 for the employee to receive an eleventh-twelfth (11/12) pay increase. 2.
