Common use of Payments without Set-off Clause in Contracts

Payments without Set-off. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 13.10, the Trust shall make all payments under this agreement and under the Notes regardless of any defence or counterclaim which it may have against the Liquidity Agent or any of the Lenders at the particular time. All payments to be made by the Liquidity Agent and each Lender under this agreement shall be made without set-off or counterclaim and without any deduction of any kind.
