Payments to Other Creditors. If Administrative Agent becomes obligated to reimburse or pay to any creditor of Borrower any amount in order to (i) obtain a release of such creditor's Security Interest in any of the Collateral, other than Permitted Security Interests, or (ii) otherwise satisfy an Obligation of Borrower to such creditor to the extent not indefeasibly satisfied by the initial Advances, then Administrative Agent shall have the right (but shall have no obligation) to make Advances for that purpose. Administrative Agent may select the Advance Date for any such Advance, but such Advance Date may only be a Business Day. Administrative Agent will give notice to Borrower after any such Advance is made.

Administrative Agent may select the Advance Date for any such Advance, but such Advance Date may only be a Business Day. Administrative Agent will give notice to Borrower after any such Revolving Loan Advance is made. Any such Revolving Loan Advance initially will be a Base Rate Advance.

Administrative Agent may select the Advance Date for any such Advance, but such Advance Date may only be a Business Day. Administrative Agent will give notice to Borrower after any such Revolving Loan Advance is made. Any such Revolving Loan Advance will be a Base Rate Advance.

If Lender is obligated to reimburse or pay to any creditor of Borrower any amount in order to (i) obtain a release of such creditor's Security Interest in any of the Collateral, or (ii) otherwise satisfy Borrower's obligations to such creditor to the extent not irrevocably satisfied by the initial Advance, then Lender may make Advances for that purpose. Any such Advance will be an Alternate Base Rate Tranche.
