Payments Through the Agent. All payments by the Borrower or by a Lender under this Agreement will be made through the Agent to its account at such office or bank as it may notify to the Borrower or the Lender for this purpose. The Agent will pay on an amount received as soon as the Agent has ascertained that it has been received.
Payments Through the Agent. All payments by the Receivables Purchaser to a RP Funder under this Agreement shall be made through the Agent for the account of that RP Funder designated in writing by it to the Agent by not less than five business days before the due date for payment.
Payments Through the Agent. It is understood and agreed that the liabilities of the Borrowers for principal, interest, fees and other amounts payable hereunder to any Lender in respect of the Term Loans are owed to the Lending Office designated by such Lender, and that the provisions contained herein requiring that such payments be made through the Agent are merely for the convenience of the parties and do not create any liability of the Borrowers to the Agent for such payments.
