Payments or Benefits Required by Law. Executive will receive such other compensation or benefits from the Company as may be required by law (for example, Title X of COBRA). For purposes of this Section 3(a), if Executive’s employment with the Company or one of its Affiliates terminates, Executive will not be determined to have been terminated, provided Executive continues to remain employed by the Company or one of its Affiliates (e.g., upon transfer from one Affiliate to another).
