Common use of Payments on Securities Permitted Clause in Contracts

Payments on Securities Permitted. Except as expressly provided in this Article, nothing contained in this Article shall affect the obligation of the Company to make, or prevent the Company from making, payments of the principal of, or premium, if any, or interest (including Liquidated Damages, if any) on the Securities in accordance with the provisions hereof and thereof, or shall prevent the Trustee or any Paying Agent from applying any moneys deposited with it hereunder to the payment of the principal of, or premium, if any, or interest (including Liquidated Damages, if any) on the Securities.
