Payments on Notes. Subject to Section 4.3, the Company may make payments of the principal of, and any interest or premium on, the Notes, if at the time of payment, and immediately after giving effect thereto, (i) there exists no Payment Default or a Payment Blockage Period and (ii) the Company is permitted to make payments under Section 4.3.
