Payments/Non-Acceptance Sample Clauses

Payments/Non-Acceptance. No payment made under this Agreement shall be conclusive evidence of the performance by Subcontractor of this Agreement, either wholly or in part, and no payment including final payment shall be construed to be an acceptance of defective work or improper materials, nor shall entrance and use by the Owner constitute acceptance of the Work hereunder or any part thereof.
