Common use of Payments After Event of Default Clause in Contracts

Payments After Event of Default. Except as otherwise provided in Section 5.03 hereof, all payments received from the Company or otherwise on account of the Secured Obligations and amounts held or realized by the Collateral Agent (including any amounts realized by the Collateral Agent from the exercise of any remedies pursuant to Article IV hereof), in each case after an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, as well as all payments or amounts then held by the Collateral Agent as part of the Collateral, shall be applied in accordance with Section 6.10 of the Indenture; provided that, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.10 of the Indenture, after an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing and the Maturity of the Securities has been accelerated pursuant to Section 6.02 of the Indenture, such payments or amounts then held by the Collateral Agent as part of the Collateral shall be applied as follows under clause “Second” of Section 6.10
