Common use of Payment Upon Death Clause in Contracts

Payment Upon Death. In the event of an employee's death, his spouse, and/or beneficiary, and/or minor children shall receive, on the basis of the employee's current wages, full compensation of any unused accumulated sick leave to a maximum of nine hundred and sixty (960) hours as severance pay.
