Payment to Merchant. Planet Payment will provide to Acquirer payment information files on each calendar day for all Transactions authorized and cleared through Planet Payment Platform in accordance with the Timing Chart attached to Appendix II including the Merchant Settlement Amount for each Transaction in the Merchant’s Local Currency.

Payment to Merchant. Subject to payment rejections, payments withholding and Deductions described hereunder, Asian Checkout will instruct the Nodal Bank to settle Merchant for all amounts pooled on Merchant’s dedicated subaccount.
Payment to Merchant. 6.1 Subject to the provisions of various clauses in the Agreement, the Payment Service Provider agrees to pay the Merchant the Customer Charge less: the sum of all Customer Charges denied, refused, or valid chargeback claim by the Customer or the credit card service provider, any amounts due which Payment Service Provider is entitled to receive with respect of any transaction with Payment Service Provider, Payment Service Provider fees or charges, any other sums due from or payable by the Merchant to Payment Service provider under this Agreement during the period. The Customer’s name or account number or any other necessary details is found to be omitted or incomplete. INSTAPAYMAX is of the opinion that there are suspicious circumstances surrounding the Transaction. If the Transaction was not made in accordance with the requirements API requirements of INSTAPAYMAX. Payment to Merchant. NationalLink shall place a Convenience Fee as set forth on Exhibit "A" on each ATM. NationalLink reserves the right to modify the Convenience Fee with 30 day notification to the Merchant. Payment to Merchant. Flexiti will credit Xxxxxxxx’s account for the amount of the Credit Transaction less the applicable MDR, if any. Flexiti will use commercially reasonable efforts to credit Merchants with a valid pre-authorized debit (“PAD”) agreement with Flexiti within two (2) business days of the Credit Transaction, subject to Flexiti’s due diligence procedures and regulatory requirements. Credits to Merchants without a valid PAD agreement with Flexiti for amounts to be credited to Flexiti in accordance with section 8.5 of this Agreement will be processed within sixty (60) days following receipt of the Sales Slip. Flexiti may delay payment to the Merchant in order to investigate the validity of the Sales Slip. Flexiti may withhold amounts otherwise payable for Sales Slips, said amounts to be reasonably determined by Flexiti to be necessary to cover any MDRs, Chargebacks, Dispute Resolution Fees, Tablet Subscription Fees and Charges, or any other amounts that may be payable by Merchant to Flexiti. Flexiti may set off against the amount withheld monies owed to Flexiti by Merchant on account of MDRs, Chargebacks, Dispute Resolution Fees, Tablet Subscription Fees and Charges, or any other amounts that may be payable by Merchant to Flexiti in accordance with this Agreement.

Payment to Merchant. Flexiti shall transfer funds to Merchant’s bank account for the amount of each Credit Transaction less any applicable Merchant Discount and any amounts set-off in accordance with Section 2.6(b) within two (2) Business Days following receipt of the transaction on Flexiti’s system, subject to Flexiti’s due diligence procedures. If Merchant receives any payment from Flexiti not owed to Merchant under this Agreement, Merchant shall promptly notify Flexiti and return such payment to Flexiti upon discovering such overpayment.
Payment to Merchant. Bank will credit the Settlement Account with the total amount of all Payment Transactions properly processed under the Agreement less any refund/return credit processed through the POS System no later than the Bank’s first business day after the Payment Transaction is accepted by the POS System provided that Merchant has properly closed its Payment Transactions for such day and transmits the data in accordance with the Bank’s POS System “Operating Guide”. Bank shall not be liable to Merchant if there is a delay in crediting the Settlement Account as a result of equipment failure, communication interruption or any condition resulting in the inability to post a Payment Transaction.
Payment to Merchant. (A) BNB USA shall transfer funds in the normal course of business through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system to such bank account as may be designated by Merchant in payment for Net Sales Slips, net of adjustments, on the date following the date of receipt of evidence of the sales transaction, provided Merchant completes the transmission of sales data by 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
