You will provide us with copies of these instructions and agreement. The financial institution's agreement may not be withdrawn or modified without our written approval and approval is within our sole discretion. You will also sign all other forms for funds transfer as the financial institution or we may request.\n(c) We may require your financial institution to send a monthly statement of all activity in the designated account to us at the same time as it sends these statements to you, and any other reports of the activity in the operating account as we reasonably determine and request.\n(d) If you maintain any other bank accounts for your Healthy Bites Grill Franchise, you must identify these accounts to us and provide to us copies of the monthly statements for all these accounts and the details of all deposits and withdrawals to them.\n(e) You will pay all charges imposed by your financial institution.
