A Payment Service Provider utilized by ShipHike to effectuate payments between Users may require registration by the User and further terms and conditions agreements be- yond this scope of ShipHike T&Cs, Services and Applications. Payment Service Providers. Payment Services Provider(s) are service providers that provide payment services to Buyers and Sellers in connection with the 3DHoudini platform, including with respect to collection of funds from Buyers in connection with purchases, remittance and withdrawal of funds to Sellers, currency exchange services in connection with payments in local currencies, and the holding of funds in connection with 3DHoudini Balances. 3DHoudini partners with Payment Services Providers for purposes of collecting payments from Buyers, transferring such payments from Buyers to Sellers, and holding funds in connection with 3DHoudini Balances. All payments services in connection with the withdrawal of funds on the 3DHoudini platform are performed by 3DHoudini’s Payment Services Providers. 6.2 PAYMENT ACCOUNTS 3DHoudini uses its Payment Services Providers to process all transactions for the 3DHoudini Site. When a payment is processed on the Site funds are deposited into an account with a 3DHoudini’s Payment Services Provider, which is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and approved to receive, hold, and deliver payment funds under applicable laws and regulations. This account is separate from the operating accounts of 3DHoudini.
