Payment of the Class A Modified. Required Amount Shortfall from Class B Principal Collections. An amount equal to the lesser of (A) the Class A Modified Required Amount Shortfall and (B) the sum of the Class B Excess Funding Amount and Class B Principal Collections less Series Yield Collections allocable to the Class B Investor Interest shall be withdrawn from the Series Collections Account and deposited into the Series Distribution Account. The Class A Modified Required Amount Shortfall shall be reduced by the amount of such deposit, and the Class B Cumulative Investor Charged-Off Amount shall be increased by the amount of such deposit.

  • Reductions in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be reduced (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Original Notes for MAC Notes), without any corresponding payment of principal, by the amount of the reduction, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Calculated Tranche Write-down Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(b) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Calculated Tranche Write-down Amounts that are allocable to Original Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to reduce the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.

  • Increases in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be increased (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Class M Notes for MAC Notes) by the amount of the increase, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(c) above.   • Allocation of Subordinate Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Senior Reduction Amount and the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Subordinate Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:

  • Designation of Additional Amounts to Be Included in the Excess Spread Amount for the DiscoverSeries Notes At any time that any outstanding Series of certificates issued by the Master Trust provides that the Series Principal Collections allocated to such Series will be deposited into the Group Finance Charge Collections Reallocation Account for the Master Trust to the extent necessary for application to cover shortfalls for other Series issued by the Master Trust, an amount equal to (x) all Series Principal Collections allocated to such Series, multiplied by (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the Nominal Liquidation Amounts for each outstanding Tranche of the DiscoverSeries Notes (including these notes) and the denominator of which is (i) the Aggregate Investor Interest for the Master Trust minus (ii) the sum of the Series Investor Interests for all such Series that provide that the Series Principal Collections allocated to such Series will be so deposited, is hereby designated to be included in the Excess Spread Amount and shall be treated as Series Finance Charge Amounts for the DiscoverSeries.

  • Payment of the Notes Not later than 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) on each due date of the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on any Notes, the Company shall deposit with the Paying Agent money in immediately available funds sufficient to pay such principal, redemption payments, premium, if any, and interest so becoming due. All the payments must be in U.S. Dollars.

  • Allocation of Senior Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Senior Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:

  • Reduction of Servicing Compensation in Connection with Prepayment Interest Shortfalls In the event that any Mortgage Loan is the subject of a Prepayment Interest Shortfall, the Servicer shall, from amounts in respect of the Servicing Fee for such Distribution Date, deposit into the Collection Account, as a reduction of the Servicing Fee for such Distribution Date, no later than the Servicer Remittance Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date, an amount up to the Prepayment Interest Shortfall; provided that the amount so deposited shall not exceed the Compensating Interest for such Distribution Date. In case of such deposit, the Servicer shall not be entitled to any recovery or reimbursement from the Depositor, the Trustee, the Issuing Entity or the Certificateholders. With respect to any Distribution Date, to the extent that the Prepayment Interest Shortfall exceeds Compensating Interest (such excess, a "Non-Supported Interest Shortfall"), such Non-Supported Interest Shortfall shall reduce the Current Interest with respect to each Class of Certificates, pro rata based upon the amount of interest each such Class would otherwise be entitled to receive on such Distribution Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there shall be no reduction of the Servicing Fee in connection with Prepayment Interest Shortfalls related to the Relief Act or bankruptcy proceedings and the Servicer shall not be obligated to pay Compensating Interest with respect to Prepayment Interest Shortfalls related to the Relief Act or bankruptcy proceedings.

  • Prepayment of the Notes In addition to the payment of the entire unpaid principal amount of the Notes at the final maturity thereof, the Company may make optional prepayments in respect of the Notes as hereinafter provided.

  • Allocations of Principal Collections The Servicer shall allocate to the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders the following amounts as set forth below:
