Payment of Quarterly and Revenue Bonus Clause Samples

Payment of Quarterly and Revenue Bonus. If the Executive is eligible to receive a bonus under the terms of this Plan, payment will be made as follows: (i) for Quarterly Bonuses, on the first payroll date that is administratively feasible following the finalization of quarter-end bookings and calculation of the Quarterly Bonus; and (ii) for Revenue Bonus, no later than March 31, 2026. For avoidance of doubt, in addition to achieving the relevant targets as described above, the Executive must be employed for the entirety of a quarter to be eligible to receive the relevant Quarterly Bonus, and through year-end to be eligible to receive the Revenue Bonus. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Executive’s employment is involuntarily terminated without cause (as defined in the Executive Severance Plan) before the end of a quarter and/or year-end, and provided that the requisite targets have been achieved for the relevant quarter and/or year-end, then payment will be made per the regular schedule as described herein and will be pro-rated based on the time that the Executive was actually employed.
