Payment of Other Taxes by Seller or Guarantor. Without limiting or duplicating the provisions of subsection (i) above, Seller or Guarantor shall timely pay to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable law, or at the option of Buyer, timely reimburse it for the payment of, any Other Taxes.
