Payment of Fees. The Supervision Fee and the Accounting Fee shall be due and payable monthly by the eighth (8th) business day of each month based on the gross sales of the previous month. The fees provided for in this Section 4.7 are intended to be guaranteed payments for services and shall not reduce the recipient’s capital account.
