Payment of Fees and Other Charges. 5.1 The responsibility for the timely payment of tuition and accommodation fees and all other charges incurred at the College lies with you.
Payment of Fees and Other Charges. Except in respect of Fee Accounts and Portfolio Managed Accounts, you will pay, when levied by us, all commissions and other fees in respect of Transactions or Service in your Account, together with any interest, when due, and at the rates specified by Queensbury, from time to time, or as may be agreed between you and Queensbury. In respect of Fee Accounts and Portfolio Managed Accounts, you will pay us fees in accordance with our fee agreement contained in your Account Application, as it may be amended from time to time by our mutual agreement. You are responsible for payment of any tax liability in respect of your Registered Plan, including any taxes and penalties payable in respect to the purchase and sale of ineligible Securities. Debits and Credits to the Account Queensbury will credit to your Account any interest, dividends or other money received in respect of Securities held in it, as well as any money received as proceeds from Transactions in Securities for the Account, and may debit all amounts due and owing by you to Queensbury.
Payment of Fees and Other Charges. 1. State aircraft of the United States, while in Colombian territory, shall not be subject to payment of fees, including for air navigation, overflight, landing, and ramp parking. The United States shall pay standard, established fees for services requested and received from commercial entities. Colombia shall make every effort to ensure such charges paid by the United States do not exceed those paid by the Colombian Armed Forces for services requested and received from commercial entities.
Payment of Fees and Other Charges. If AREI fails to pay an outstanding balance for three (3) months, the City shall be authorized to sell the Boat at a nonjudicial sale within the provisions of FS 328.17 after providing a written notice of nonjudicial sale to the AREI by certified or registered letter, return receipt requested at the address provided in this Agreement at least 30 days prior to any proposed sale. This provision is in addition to and not a limitation of City’s rights under state or federal maritime law, which rights and liens are not waived and are expressly reserved. All charges are subject to applicable taxes.

Payment of Fees and Other Charges. We may debit the Deposit Account or withhold from amounts otherwise due to you from us all amounts due under this Section 10 or otherwise owed by you to us under this Agreement. In the event there is an insufficient balance in the Deposit Account, we may, without notice or demand, withdraw such amount owed from the Reserve Account, the Deposit Account or any other account you maintain with us. In the event there are insufficient funds in your Deposit Account, Reserve Account or other accounts with us available to be debited, you agree to pay the amount of any deficiency immediately to us upon demand.
Payment of Fees and Other Charges. Payments to be made hereunder shall be made by the Mobilising Party within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of the invoice (other than the Annual Fee which shall be invoiced to the Associate and paid on or prior to the Start Date by the Associate) and in respect of any other fees or charges by a Mobilising Party without prejudice to the Company’s other rights, payments outstanding after that period (or in the case of the Annual Fee, after the Start Date) shall bear interest until payment at three (3) per cent above the HSBC Bank base rate current from time to time during the period in question. If any deduction or withholding in respect of tax or otherwise is required by law to be made from any sums payable by the Mobilising Party to the Company, the Mobilising Party shall be obliged to pay to the Company such greater sum as will, after such deduction or withholding is made, leave the Company with a payment for the same amount as it would have been entitled to receive in the absence of any requirement to make such reduction or withholding.
Payment of Fees and Other Charges. Fees and other charges for service shall be paid upon receipt of billing for fees and other charges for service. The applicant shall remit by check, draft, or money order, made payable to the Agricultural Marketing Service, USDA, payment for the service in ac- cordance with directions on the billing, and such fees and charges shall be paid in advance if required by the official design review specialist or other au- thorized official.
Payment of Fees and Other Charges. The Renter shall pay to Shorty's for use of the Unit the Monthly Rental Amount as set out in Attachment "A" to this Rental Agreement, without abatement, deduction, set-off, prior notice, demand or invoice, in advance on the first day of each calendar month. If the term of this Rental Agreement commences on a day other than the first day of the calendar month, then the Renter shall pay in advance the pro-rata amount for the number of days remaining in the month in which this Rental Agreement commences. Shorty’s shall have the right to change the Monthly Rental Amount upon 30 days’ notice to the Renter. The Renter shall pay to Shorty's, or as otherwise appropriate, any and all other charges, including but not limited to, a NSF charge of $25.00 per payment that cannot be completed or which is not honoured, third party repair or contracting costs, maintenance costs, enforcement costs including legal costs on a solicitor and his client basis, costs incurred in the sale of the Property of the Renter, and/or any other costs and expense incurred pursuant to this Rental Agreement (herein referred to as "Other Charges"). WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER TERMS OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT, WHERE THE RENTER NAMED IN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT IS A CORPORATION, THE NAMED AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY WHO EXECUTES THE RENTAL AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CORPORATION SHALL PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THE PAYMENT OF THE MONTHLY RENTAL AMOUNT AND ANY AND ALL OTHER CHARGES AS AND WHEN DUE PURSUANT TO THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT. THE NAMED AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY WHO EXECUTES THE RENTAL AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CORPORATION SHALL BE BOUND JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY WITH THE RENTER TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS RENAL AGREEMENT. If the Renter is in default under this Rental Agreement then Shorty's shall have the rights to proceed as set out in section 8 herein, and enforce its rights hereunder and to seek such remedies as may be afforded to it under this Rental Agreement, law and in equity. Any and all fees, expenses, costs, damages, and other amounts incurred by Shorty's, including but not limited to legal expenses on a solicitor and his own client basis, shall be charged to the Renter as Other Charges and shall be due and payable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
