Common use of Payment of Contributions Clause in Contracts

Payment of Contributions. The Employer agrees to forward all monies payable by the Employer in respect of fringe benefits, on or before the 10th day of the month following the actual performance of work and shall forward said contributions to the Union in respect to Health and Welfare and to the Administrator of the CAW Local 3000 Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan.
