Common use of Payment of Compensation Clause in Contracts

Payment of Compensation. University shall pay the Compensation to Contractor in accordance with the payment terms set forth above, provided that, if no payment terms are specified payment shall be made in accordance with Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code.
