Payment of Class Counsel Fees and Distribution of the Remainder of the Settlement Amount. Forthwith after the Settlement becomes final, as contemplated in Section 12.1, Class Counsel may withdraw the Class Counsel Fees approved by the Court from the Escrow Account.
