Payment of Amendment Fee. The Company shall have paid a fee to each Noteholder equal to 0.05% multiplied by the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes held by such Noteholder.
Payment of Amendment Fee. Agent shall have received, for the ratable benefit of the Lenders, an amendment fee of $250,000.
Payment of Amendment Fee. The Borrowers shall have paid in full ------------------------ to the Administrative Agent, for ratable distribution to those Lenders that have signed this Agreement on or prior to November 8, 2000, an amount equal to the Amendment Fee, and any other separately agreed upon fees.
