PAYMENT IN ARREARS. Payments for goods/services will be made in arrears only upon receipt of a proper invoice, detailing the goods/services provided or receipt of the goods/services, whichever is later. Notwithstanding the foregoing, payments for software licenses, subscriptions, or maintenance may be paid annually in advance.
PAYMENT IN ARREARS. Payment in advance is prohibited under this Contract. Payment may only be made after the delivery and acceptance of goods or services. The Vendor shall submit invoices, in arrears.
PAYMENT IN ARREARS. All payments shall be made in arrears only.
PAYMENT IN ARREARS. Solely upon three (3) days prior written notice by Payee to Payer and Payer’s failure to cure during such three (3) day period, payments in arrears of more than [***] from the original due date shall bear Late Payment Interest from [***] after the original due date until the payment date, unless the amount in arrears is disputed in good faith and until such dispute is resolved in accordance with Section 17.11. If the claim of the Party claiming a right to payment (the “Payee”) for any unpaid amount is resolved in favor of the Payee, the Party that owes such amount (the “Payer”) shall pay the Payee Late Payment Interest from the original due date in accordance with this Section 15.3. Prior to such resolution, any undisputed amounts shall be paid in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable Order.
PAYMENT IN ARREARS. The Parties may in exceptional circumstances agree in writing that the Reseller make payment of the Transaction Fees monthly in arrears in which case:
PAYMENT IN ARREARS. Notwithstanding any other remedies available to AMDOCS under this Agreement or under applicable law, payment in arrears shall bear interest from the date invoice is received at the rate of two (2) percent per annum above the prime rate of Chase Manhattan Bank as quoted by the Wall Street Journal on the date of the applicable invoice, unless the amount in arrears is disputed in good faith and until such dispute is resolved. However, the undisputed amounts shall be paid by COMPANY without delay as aforesaid and, if AMDOCS' claim for payment of the disputed amount in arrears is resolved in favor of AMDOCS, COMPANY shall pay AMDOCS said interest as if such unpaid amount was not disputed at all. Additionally, and without affecting the foregoing, COMPANY's failure to pay any undisputed payment under this Agreement within one-hundred and twenty (120) days after such payment becomes due shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement by COMPANY.
PAYMENT IN ARREARS. Any payment or pecuniary obligation imposed on a party under this agreement, not paid on the due date, and any payment which the Lessor shall pay, the duty of payment of which is imposed on the Lessee, who shall have failed to pay the same, shall be returned and repaid in full, and until actual repayment thereof shall bear interest at the rate of debit interest charged from time to time by Bank Hapoalim Ltd. on the date of actual payment with respect to irregular interest charged in debit accounts.
PAYMENT IN ARREARS. CONTRACTOR'S monthly claim in arrears for reimbursement from COUNTY shall itemize as follows: (1) all CONTRACTOR'S actual and allowable costs resulting from and/or funding for the particular claim month for cost reimbursement services, and (2) units of service provided for the particular claim month for rate reimbursement services.
PAYMENT IN ARREARS. Interest on the Loans shall be due and payable by Borrower in arrears on each Payment Day applicable thereto and at such other times as may be specified herein. Interest hereunder shall be due and payable in accordance with the terms hereof before and after judgment, and before and after the commencement of any proceeding under any Debtor Relief Law.
PAYMENT IN ARREARS. Should the Borrower become in arrears in any payment agreed upon in this Instrument, either interests, principal or all other charges, the Borrower shall be subject to the same penalties foreseen in the contract signed between the Lender and the Financing Agent. In this case, the "spread" mentioned in Item XI of Clause Fourth, becomes automatically increased by 1.0% [one per cent] per year as already mentioned in Item XII of Clause Fourth above. CLAUSE SIXTH. CHANGES IN THE RATES All taxes, tributes and/or contributions not specified here, and now not falling upon and which may later on fall upon, if such the case, who shall have their rates changed and which shall be paid by the Lender to the authorized institutions, shall be reimbursed by the Borrower, in up to 05 [five] working days after the presentation of the collection by the Lender, the later ones made by FAX and the copy of the originals sent later on by post.
