Common use of Payment for Services Clause in Contracts

Payment for Services. Total payment for services described herein for the Project shall be a sum not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($100,200.00). Payments shall be made as set forth in Exhibit “A.” No interest shall ever be due on late payments.
