Payment for period of leave. Each Employee may apply, before going on leave, to be paid in advance the wages which would ordinarily accrue during the period of the leave. Unless the Employee specifically applies to receive their wages in advance, the Company shall pay such wages weekly as part of the normal pay cycle. Payment of annual leave shall be at the Employee’s ordinary rate of pay.
