Payment Factory Services Sample Clauses

Payment Factory Services. FME shall (regardless of fault) indemnify and hold harmless FSE and FSE Group Companies from and against any claim or demand made against FSE or any FSE Group Companies by FME or any FME Group Companies in connection with the relevant agreement regarding payment factory services between FSE or any FSE Group Companies on one hand and FME or any FME Group Companies on the other hand, always provided that this shall not affect any rights or obligations under the relevant agreements regarding payment factory services which may have accrued prior to the Conversion Effective Date. For the avoidance of doubt, Clause 10 (Liability) shall not apply to the preceding sentence. For clarity: This Clause 2.4 shall not apply to claims of FME in connection with Individual TSA 2 (CF/GT).
