Payment Direction Letter. At Lender’s option, Borrower shall deliver or cause to be delivered with respect to the Atrium Mortgage, a payment direction letter in form and substance approved by Lender and signed by each tenant identified by Lender that any and all amounts payable from time to time shall be paid to the Deposit Account at the Depository to be held and applied in accordance with the provisions of the Deposit Account Agreement.
Payment Direction Letter. Duly executed originals of a letter of direction, in substantially the form of Exhibit E to the Agreement.

Payment Direction Letter. A payment direction letter, executed and delivered by Buyer, Seller, Underlying Repurchase Counterparty and Guarantor, with respect to direction of the Purchase Price for Transactions hereunder.
Payment Direction Letter. Seller shall have executed a payment direction letter with respect to the Repurchase Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit C.
Payment Direction Letter. Borrower shall deliver a payment direction letter substantially in the form of the payment direction letter delivered to the TRS Lessee or other tenant on the Closing Date (or if delivered to SNR Manager, in such form with such changes as Agent may reasonably require), notifying and advising each TRS Lessee or other tenant or SNR Manager under a Lease of a Borrowing Base Property or SNR Manager to send directly to the Collection Account when due all payments of rent, fees or any other item payable to Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantors under such Leases.”

Borrower shall deliver a payment direction letter substantially in the form of the payment direction letter delivered to the TRS Lessee or other tenant on the Closing Date, notifying and advising each TRS Lessee or other tenant under a Lease of a Borrowing Base Property to send directly to the Collection Account when due all payments of rent, fees or any other item payable to Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantors under such Leases.

Payment Direction Letter. Perceptive and Waveform shall have executed and delivered to Buyer a Payment Direction Letter concerning certain matters related to the payment of the Purchase Price and Buyer’s post-closing indemnification claims (the “Payment Direction Letter”), substantially in the form contained in Exhibit J.
Payment Direction Letter. Buyer shall have executed and delivered to Perceptive and Waveform the Payment Direction Letter.
