Common use of Payment Condition Clause in Contracts

Payment Condition. i. The payment shall be made as per the financial quotes (INR/sq. ft.) submitted by the Service Provider and accepted by the Buyer. ii. No advance payment shall be made to the Service Provider. iii. Payment shall be released only after due verification by thecompetent authority of Buyer towards satisfactory services during the billing period
