Payment by the Lender. The proceeds of the Loan to be advanced by the Lender to the Borrower under this Agreement must be remitted by in USD on the relevant Drawdown Date to the account or accounts specified in the relevant Drawdown Notice.
Payment by the Lender. All sums to be advanced by the Lender to the Borrowers under this Agreement shall be remitted in USD on the Drawdown Date to the account specified in the relevant Drawdown Notice.
Payment by the Lender. Subject to any requirement in Clause 5.2 (Completion of Utilisation Request), any amounts payable to the Borrower under this Agreement shall be paid into the bank account specified by the Borrower and acceptable to the Lender or in such manner as the Lender and the Borrower shall from time to time agree.
Payment by the Lender. The money drawn under the Advance shall be transferred by the Lender by SWIFT to the account of the Borrower, at The Bank of Nova Scotia, Account No. 00000-00000-00 (bankcode77842) and shall be made available to the Borrower for value not later than 9.30 a.m. (Vienna time) on the respective Drawdown Date.
