Common use of Payment by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Payment by Tenant. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, within fifteen (15) days after delivery by Landlord to Tenant of statements therefor: (i) sums equal to expenditures reasonably made and obligations incurred by Landlord in connection with Landlord’s performance or cure of any of Tenant’s obligations pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.2.3 above; and (ii) sums equal to all expenditures made and obligations incurred by Landlord in collecting or attempting to collect the Rent or in enforcing or attempting to enforce any rights of Landlord under this Lease or pursuant to law, including, without limitation, all legal fees and other amounts so expended. Tenant’s obligations under this Section 19.3 shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Term.

Payment by Tenant. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, within fifteen thirty (1530) days after delivery by Landlord to Tenant of statements therefor: (i) sums equal to expenditures reasonably made and obligations incurred by Landlord in connection with Landlord’s performance or cure of any of Tenant’s obligations pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.2.3 19.2.5 above; and (ii) sums equal to all expenditures made and obligations incurred by Landlord in collecting or attempting to collect the delinquent Rent or in successfully enforcing or attempting to enforce any rights of Landlord under this Lease or pursuant to lawlaw following a Tenant default, including, without limitation, all legal fees and other amounts so expended. Tenant’s obligations under this Section 19.3 shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Term.

Payment by Tenant. Tenant’s obligations under this Section 19.3 shall Paragraph 22.3 will survive the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Term.

Payment by Tenant. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, within fifteen (15) days after delivery by Landlord to Tenant of statements therefor: (i) sums equal to expenditures reasonably made and obligations incurred by Landlord in connection with Landlord’s performance or cure of any of Tenant’s obligations pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.2.3 21.2.3 above; and (ii) sums equal to all expenditures made and obligations incurred by Landlord in collecting or attempting to collect the Rent or in enforcing or attempting to enforce any rights of Landlord under this Lease or pursuant to lawapplicable Laws, including, without limitation, all including reasonable legal fees and other amounts so expended. Tenant’s obligations under this Section 19.3 21.3 shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Term.

Payment by Tenant. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, within fifteen ten (1510) business days after delivery by Landlord to Tenant of statements therefor: (i) sums equal to expenditures reasonably made and obligations incurred by Landlord in connection with Landlord’s 's performance or cure of any of Tenant’s 's obligations pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.2.3 above; and (ii) sums equal to all expenditures reasonably made and obligations reasonably incurred by Landlord in collecting or attempting to collect the Rent or in enforcing or attempting to enforce any rights of Landlord under this Lease or pursuant to law, including, without limitation, all reasonable legal fees and other amounts so expended. Tenant’s 's obligations under this Section 19.3 shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Term.

Payment by Tenant. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, within fifteen ten (1510) business days after delivery by Landlord to Tenant of statements therefor: (i) sums equal to expenditures reasonably made and obligations incurred by Landlord in connection with Landlord’s performance or cure of any of Tenant’s obligations pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.2.3 above; and (ii) sums equal to all expenditures reasonably made and obligations incurred by Landlord in collecting or attempting to collect the Rent or in enforcing or attempting to enforce any rights of Landlord under this Lease or pursuant to law, including, without limitation, all reasonable legal fees and other reasonable amounts so expended. Tenant’s obligations under this Section 19.3 shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Term.

Payment by Tenant. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, within fifteen (15) ----------------- days after delivery by Landlord to Tenant of statements therefor: (i) sums equal to actual expenditures reasonably made and actual obligations incurred by Landlord in connection with Landlord’s 's performance or cure of any of Tenant’s 's obligations pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.2.3 above; and (ii) sums equal to all expenditures made and obligations incurred by Landlord in collecting or attempting to collect the Rent or in enforcing or attempting to enforce any rights of Landlord under this Lease or pursuant to law, including, without limitation, all legal fees and other amounts so expended. Tenant’s 's obligations under this Section 19.3 shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Term.

Payment by Tenant. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, within fifteen thirty (1530) days after delivery by Landlord to Tenant of statements therefor: (i) sums equal to expenditures reasonably made and obligations incurred by Landlord in connection with Landlord’s 's performance or cure of any of Tenant’s 's obligations pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.2.3 Paragraph 26(b)(iii) above; and (ii) sums equal to all expenditures made and obligations incurred by Landlord in collecting or attempting to collect the any past-due Rent or in enforcing or attempting to enforce any rights of Landlord under this Lease or pursuant to lawother charges payable by Tenant hereunder, including, without limitation, all legal fees and other amounts so expended, plus interest on the amounts expended by Landlord at the Interest Rate. Tenant’s 's obligations under this Section 19.3 Paragraph 26(c) shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Term.

Payment by Tenant. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, within fifteen (15) days after delivery by Landlord to Tenant of statements therefor: (i) sums equal to expenditures reasonably made and obligations incurred by Landlord in connection with Landlord’s performance or cure of any of Tenant’s obligations pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.2.3 19.2.4 above; and (ii) sums equal to all expenditures made and obligations incurred by Landlord in collecting or attempting to collect the Rent or in enforcing or attempting to enforce any rights of Landlord under this Lease or pursuant to law, including, without limitation, all legal fees and other amounts so expended. Tenant’s obligations under this Section 19.3 shall survive the expiration or sooner earlier termination of the Lease Term.

Payment by Tenant. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, within fifteen ten (1510) days after delivery by Landlord to Tenant of statements therefor: (i) sums equal to expenditures reasonably made and obligations incurred by Landlord in connection with Landlord’s performance or cure of any of Tenant’s obligations pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.2.3 19.2.4 above; and (ii) sums equal to all expenditures made and obligations incurred by Landlord in collecting or attempting to collect the Rent or in enforcing or attempting to enforce any rights of Landlord under this Lease or pursuant to law, including, without limitation, all legal fees and other amounts so expendedexpended arising from a default by Tenant under this Lease beyond any applicable notice and cure periods. Tenant’s obligations under this Section 19.3 19.4 shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Term.

Payment by Tenant. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, within fifteen (15) business days after delivery by Landlord to Tenant of statements therefor: (i) sums equal to expenditures reasonably made and obligations incurred by Landlord in connection with Landlord’s performance or cure of any of Tenant’s obligations pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.2.3 above; and (ii) sums equal to all expenditures made and obligations incurred by Landlord in collecting or attempting to collect the Rent or in enforcing or attempting to enforce any rights of Landlord under this Lease or pursuant to law, including, without limitation, all legal fees and other amounts so expended. Tenant’s obligations under this Section 19.3 shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Term.

Payment by Tenant.
