Common use of Payment and Transfer Clause in Contracts

Payment and Transfer. (a) Unless otherwise agreed by Seller and Purchaser, all transfers of funds hereunder shall be in Dollars in immediately available funds. Seller shall remit (or, if applicable, shall cause to be remitted) directly to Purchaser all payments required to be made by it to Purchaser hereunder or under any other Program Document in accordance with wire instructions provided by Purchaser. Any payments received by Purchaser after 4:00 p.m. (New York City time) shall be applied on the next succeeding Business Day.
