Payment and Fees. 5.1. You may use our Services through a Basic Pass or Pre-Paid Pass basis if available. You will be charged fees for Your use of the E-Vehicle and Services in accordance with Our Fee Schedule and the type of E-Vehicle. Each use of the E-Vehicle starts when You click "Unlock" and terminates when You click "Finish your ride" or equivalent button(s) on the App. Our fees and other charges may be subject to applicable taxes and other local government charges, which may be charged and collected by Us. 5.2. In certain Service Areas, You may have the option to purchase E-Vehicle services through a Pre-Paid Pass basis. Terms and pricing applicable to a Pre-Paid Pass will be made available in-app prior to purchase and will include a description of the limitations on the Pre-Paid Pass you are purchasing. Limitations may include a set daily or use limit for time, number of unlocks, daily limit to ride times. Pass may not be used in conjunction with promotional offers, rewards or other discounts. 5.3. You have a statutory right to withdraw from a Pre-Paid Pass within 14 days of the purchase date without giving any reasons. If you want to withdraw from a Pre-Paid Pass, You may either (i) use the model withdrawal form provided in Annex B or (ii) make any other unequivocal statement setting out Your decision to withdraw from a Pre-Paid Pass by contacting Us in accordance with Section 10.1. 5.4. If you activate the Pre-Paid Pass during the 14 day withdrawal period after purchasing the Pre-Paid Pass (which means that You expressly request that Services start to be supplied as from this date and before the expiry of the withdrawal period) then You explicitly renounce your right of withdrawal. Should You exercise your right to withdraw during the 14 days period, in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions, You will be entitled to a refund on a pro- rata basis conditional to the limitations of the Pre-Paid Pass that you have purchased and used until termination. 5.5. Purchase of a Pre-Paid Pass does not guarantee the availability of Services. Pre-Paid Passes will expire on the date of expiry stated at the time of purchase. 5.6. We may issue promotional coupons or codes subject to any additional terms established on a per promotional code basis ("Promo Codes"). We reserve the right to modify or cancel Promo Codes at any time at Our sole and absolute discretion. We may suspend or cancel Promo Code(s) and Your use of the App at any time if We have grounds to believe that the use or redemption of the Promo Code(s) was in error, fraudulent, illegal or in violation of the applicable Promo Code terms or this Agreement. 5.7. If the E-Vehicle unlocked with Your Account: 5.7.1. Is parked outside the Permitted Parking Area, then in Our sole discretion, We may charge You a (i) pick-up fee of up to SEK 1,000 and/or (ii) fee for unpermitted parking of up to SEK 1,000. The aforementioned fees are based on our costs for pick-up and any associated losses imposed on Us for the unpermitted parking respectively: 5.7.2. appears to be damaged beyond normal wear and tear, is in a state of disrepair or has been vandalised, then, in Our sole discretion, We may charge You a fee that is equal to the cost of repair or replacement of the E-Vehicle and equipment; 5.7.3. is abandoned without notice, You will be responsible for all fees until the E-Vehicle is recovered, plus a search fee of up to SEK 1,200 and maximum ride fee specified in the App depending on the time that it takes to recover the E-Vehicle. The fees are based on our recovery costs and any associates losses imposed on Us for the recovery of the E-Vehicle; 5.7.4. is not recovered or returned (ride finished and E-Vehicle parked) within 48 hours, then in Our sole discretion, We may consider the E-Vehicle to be lost or stolen, in which case We may charge You up to SEK 5,000 per E-Vehicle and file a police report against You. 5.8. You agree to pay any fines, fees, penalties, and/or any other charges incurred by Us, that result from Your use of any E-Vehicle, You parking any E-Vehicle improperly or as a result of You violating any law, rule, regulation, or ordinance while using the Services. You agree that we pay all fines, fees, and penalties to the relevant authority and that we are entitled to a reimbursement of the amount as well as a reasonable administrative fee which will not exceed SEK 300. 5.9. All amounts due and payable to Us will be charged to Your Elected Payment Method. If these payment methods fail, other collection procedures may be employed. You agree to compensate all Our collection costs, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, if You do not pay amounts owed to Us when due. We have the right to suspend or disable Your Account if You do not pay the amount owed to Us when due. If You have any questions related to the suspension, please contact our support team. Your Account will be reopened when the amount due is paid. 5.10. You can pay for the Services with Your Elected Payment Method, which requires prior activation within the App. You authorise Us to charge Your Elected Payment Method linked to Your Account for all fees and charges incurred by You pursuant to this Agreement. Such fees and charges may be subject to applicable taxes, which may be charged and collected by Us. 5.11. We and our contractors support in-App Payment, provide assistance, and resolve disputes related to in-App Payment. If You dispute any transactions charged to Your Elected Payment Method by Us, You must contact Us in accordance with Section 10.1 within 10 Business Days. 5.12. For credit and debit card payments, We may charge a service fee for each payment that is added to each order of the Services. The service fee is for Visa/Mastercard service fees. The amount of the service fee is displayed in the App. Your bank may make additional charges for Your use of Your credit or debit card which are not shown in the App. Please note that after You have reserved an E-Vehicle, we automatically pre-authorize an amount from Your credit card to confirm the availability of the payment. 5.13. You agree to immediately inform Us of any changes relating to Your Elected Payment method linked to Your Account that may impair Our ability to charge You pursuant to this Agreement.

Is 5.6.1 is parked outside the Permitted Parking Area, then in Our sole discretion, We may charge You a (i) pick-up fee of up to SEK 1,000 and/or (ii) fee for unpermitted parking of up to SEK 1,000. The aforementioned fees are based on our costs for pick-up and any associated losses imposed on Us for the unpermitted parking respectively:CHF 100.
5.7.2. 5.6.2 appears to be damaged beyond normal wear and tear, is in a state of disrepair or has been vandalised, then, in Our sole discretion, We may charge You a fee that is equal to the cost of repair or replacement of the E-Vehicle and equipment;
5.7.3. 5.6.3 is abandoned without notice, You will be responsible for all fees until the E-E- Vehicle is recovered, plus a search fee of up to SEK 1,200 CHF 120 and maximum ride fee specified in the App depending on the time that it takes to recover the E-Vehicle. The fees are based on our recovery costs and any associates losses imposed on Us for the recovery of the E-Vehicle;
5.7.4. 5.6.4 is not recovered or returned (ie. the ride is finished and the E-Vehicle parked) within 48 hours, then in Our sole discretion, We may consider the E-Vehicle to be lost or stolen, in which case We may charge You up to SEK 5,000 CHF 500 per E-Vehicle and file a police report against You.
5.85.7 When You use our Services, You must comply with all local laws, traffic rules and parking regulations. You agree to pay are responsible for any fines, impound fees, penalties, and/or any other charges incurred by Uscharges, that result from Your use of any E-Vehicle, You parking any E-Vehicle improperly (e.g. outside a Permitted Parking Area) or as a result of You violating any law, rule, regulation, or ordinance while using the Services. You agree that we We may pay all fines, impound fees, and penalties issued to the relevant authority Us directly or issued to Us on your behalf and that we We are entitled to a reimbursement of the amount as well as these amounts plus a reasonable administrative fee which will not exceed SEK 300CHF 30. 5.65.3 In certain Service Areas, Package Passes are available for purchase as subscriptions that renew automatically unless cancelled. Before completing Your purchase, We will clearly disclose the length of the renewal term (e.g., weekly, monthly), the subscription price including any applicable taxes, and instructions on how to cancel Your subscription. By completing Your purchase and providing affirmative consent (e.g., clicking "Subscribe" or similar language), You acknowledge and agree that Your Elected Payment Method will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each renewal term until You cancel. You authorize Us to charge Your Elected Payment Method the subscription fee at the then-current rate for each renewal term, unless and until You cancel. You may cancel Your subscription at any time by accessing the Subscriptions page in the App. To avoid being charged for the next renewal term, You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Upon cancellation, You will receive a confirmation email or in-app confirmation. Activated or partially used Package Passes are not refundable, except where required by applicable law. If there are any changes to the terms of Your subscription, including pricing, inclusions or renewal terms, We will notify You in advance as required by applicable law.

5.85.5.5 is not parked in accordance with section 3 of the Riding Rules and/or you do not take a clear end-of-ride photograph when prompted to do so in the App, We may charge you a fee of $6.00 (“Parking Enforcement Fee”). You agree that improper parking or failing to pay take a clear end-of-ride photograph constitutes a breach of this Agreement and acknowledge that the imposition of the Parking Enforcement Fee is a reasonable and necessary measure to ensure the proper use of parking areas, public spaces and the safety and convenience of other users and members of the public. By agreeing to these Terms, You authorise Us to charge an amount equal to the Parking Enforcement Fee to Your Elected Payment Method.
5.6 When You use our Services, You must comply with all local laws, traffic rules and parking regulations. You are responsible for any fines, impound fees, penalties, towing fees, vehicle storage fees and/or any other charges incurred by Ussimilar charge (collectively, “Municipal Sanctions”), that result from Your use of any E-Vehicle, You parking any E-Vehicle improperly or as a result of You violating any law, rule, regulation, or ordinance while using the Services. You agree that we We may review the merits of and pay all fines, fees, and penalties Municipal Sanctions issued to the relevant authority and that we Us directly or issued to Us on your behalf. We are entitled to a reimbursement of:
5.6.1 The amount of the amount as well as a reasonable administrative fee Municipal Sanction, in the currency of the Municipal Sanction; plus
5.6.2 an Admin Fee which will not exceed SEK 300$30.00
5.7 By agreeing to these Terms, You authorise Us to charge an amount equal to each Municipal Sanction OR Guest Sanction plus an Admin Fee to Your Elected Payment Method without Your intervention. We will notify You on or around the time we charge Your Elected Payment Method or 14 calendar days in advance of effecting such charge as required by applicable law. If You disagree with, or would like to make a complaint in respect of, the imposition or attribution of a Municipal Sanction, Guest Sanction or Admin Fee, You should contact Us immediately using the contact channels indicated at the top of this Agreement or via the chat function in the App.

Payment and Fees. 5.1Arreya offers a month-to-month subscription plan to the Arreya Service, as described on the Website. You may use our Services through a Basic Pass or Pre-Paid Pass basis if availablecan cancel at any time. 5.8pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney's fees and costs, on any finesoutstanding balance. In certain instances, feesthe issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, penalties, and/or any other charges incurred by Us, that result from Your use of any E-Vehicle, You parking any E-Vehicle improperly or as a result of You violating any law, rule, regulation, or ordinance while using the Services. You agree that we pay all fines, fees, and penalties to the relevant authority and that we are entitled to a reimbursement of the amount as well as a reasonable administrative fee which will not exceed SEK 300.
5.9. All amounts due and payable to Us you will be charged responsible to Your Elected Payment Methodpay. If these payment methods fail, other collection procedures may be employed. You agree to compensate all Our collection costs, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, if You do not pay amounts owed to Us when duePlease check with your bank and credit-card issuer for details. We have reserve the right to suspend or disable Your Account if You do not pay the amount owed to Us when due. If You have any questions related deactivate your access to the suspension, please contact our support team. Your Account will be reopened when the amount due is paid.
5.10. You can Arreya Service for failure to pay for the Services with Your Elected Payment Method, which requires prior activation within the App. You authorise Us to charge Your Elected Payment Method linked to Your Account for all applicable fees and charges incurred by You pursuant to as described in this Agreement. Such Unless otherwise stated, all fees and charges may be subject to applicable taxes, which may be charged and collected by Usare stated in U.S. Dollars.
5.11. We and our contractors support in-App Payment, provide assistance, and resolve disputes related to in-App Payment. If You dispute any transactions charged to Your Elected Payment Method by Us, You must contact Us in accordance with Section 10.1 within 10 Business Days.
5.12. For credit and debit card payments, We may charge a service fee for each payment that is added to each order of the Services. The service fee is for Visa/Mastercard service fees. The amount of the service fee is displayed in the App. Your bank may make additional charges for Your use of Your credit or debit card which are not shown in the App. Please note that after You have reserved an E-Vehicle, we automatically pre-authorize an amount from Your credit card to confirm the availability of the payment.
5.13. You agree to immediately inform Us of any changes relating to Your Elected Payment method linked to Your Account that may impair Our ability to charge You pursuant to this Agreement.

Payment and Fees. 5.1. 5.1 You may use our Services through a Basic Pass or Pre-Paid Pass basis if available. You will be charged fees for Your use of the E-Vehicle and Services in accordance with Our Fee Schedule and the type of E-Vehicle. Each use of the E-Vehicle starts when You click "Unlock" and terminates when You click "Finish your ride" (or equivalent button(s) on the App). Our fees and other charges may be subject to applicable taxes and other local government charges, which may be charged and collected by Us.
5.2. 5.2 In certain Service Areas, You may have the option to purchase E-Vehicle services Services through a Pre-Paid Pass basisPass. Terms and pricing conditions applicable to a Pre-Paid Pass will be made available in-app displayed in the App, must be read and accepted by You prior to purchase and will include a description of the limitations on the Pre-Paid Pass you are purchasinglimitations. Limitations may include a set daily or use limit for timetime limit, a number of unlocks, unlocks or a daily limit to ride timeslimits. Pass Pre-Paid Passes may not be used in conjunction with promotional offers, rewards or other discounts. Purchase of a Pre-Paid Pass does not guarantee the availability of Services. Pre-Paid Passes will expire on the date of expiry stated, at the time of purchase, in the applicable terms and pricing conditions.
5.3. 5.3 You have a statutory right to withdraw from a Pre-Paid Pass within 14 days of the purchase date without giving any reasons. If you want to withdraw from a Pre-Paid Pass, You may either (i) use the model withdrawal form provided in Annex B or (ii) make any other unequivocal statement setting out Your decision to withdraw from a Pre-Paid Pass by contacting Us in accordance with Section 10.1.
5.4. 5.4 If you activate the Pre-Paid Pass during the 14 day days withdrawal period after purchasing the Pre-Paid Pass (which means that You expressly request that Services start to be supplied as from this date and before the expiry of the withdrawal period) then You explicitly renounce your right of withdrawal). Should You exercise your right to withdraw during the 14 days period, in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions, You will be entitled to a refund on a pro- pro-rata basis conditional to the limitations of the Pre-Paid Pass that you have purchased and used until termination.
5.5. Purchase of a Pre-Paid Pass does not guarantee the availability of Services. Pre-Paid Passes will expire on the date of expiry stated at the time of purchase.
5.6. 5.5 We may issue promotional coupons or codes subject to any additional terms established on a per promotional code basis ("Promo Codes"). We reserve the right to modify or cancel Promo Codes at any time at Our sole and absolute discretion. We may suspend or cancel Promo Code(s) and Your use of the App at any time if We have grounds to believe that the use or redemption of the Promo Code(s) was in error, fraudulent, illegal or in violation of the applicable Promo Code terms or this Agreement.
5.7. 5.6 If the E-Vehicle unlocked with Your Account:
5.7.1. Is 5.6.1 is parked outside the Permitted Parking Area, then in Our sole discretion, We may charge You a (i) pick-up fee of up to SEK 1,000 and/or (ii) fee for unpermitted parking of up to SEK 1,000EUR 100. The aforementioned fees are This amount is based on our costs for pick-up and any associated losses imposed on Us for the unpermitted parking respectively:losses;
5.7.2. 5.6.2 appears to be damaged beyond normal wear and tear, is in a state of disrepair or has been vandalised, then, in Our sole discretion, We may charge You a fee that is equal to the cost of repair or replacement of the E-Vehicle and equipment;
5.7.3. 5.6.3 is abandoned without notice, You will be responsible for all fees until the E-Vehicle is recovered, plus a search fee of up to SEK 1,200 EUR 120 and maximum ride fee specified in the App depending on the time that it takes to recover the E-Vehicle. The fees are This amount is based on our recovery costs (in particular the additional staff and any associates vehicle costs to locate and retrieve the e-vehicle) and associated losses imposed on Us for (in particular the recovery of repair and maintenance costs to bring the E-Vehiclevehicle back into working order).;
5.7.4. 5.6.4 is not recovered or returned (ie. the ride is finished and the E-Vehicle parked) within 48 hours, then in Our sole discretion, We may consider the E-Vehicle to be lost or stolen, in which case We may charge You up to SEK 5,000 EUR 500 per E-Vehicle and file a police report against You.
5.85.6.5 is not parked in accordance with section 3 of the Riding Rules and/or you do not take a clear end-of-ride photograph when prompted to do so in the App, We may charge you a fee of EUR 6 (“Parking Enforcement Fee”). You agree that improper parking or failing to pay take a clear end-of-ride photograph constitutes a breach of this Agreement and acknowledge that the imposition of the Parking Enforcement Fee is a reasonable and necessary measure to ensure the proper use of parking areas, public spaces and the safety and convenience of other users and members of the public.
5.7 When You use our Services, You must comply with all local laws, traffic rules and parking regulations. You are responsible for any fines, impound fees, penalties, and/or any other charges incurred by Us, that result from Your use of any E-Vehicle, You parking any E-Vehicle improperly (e.g. outside a Permitted Parking Area) or as a result of You violating any law, rule, regulation, or ordinance while using the Services. You agree that we We may pay all fines, impound fees, and penalties issued to the relevant authority Us directly or issued to Us on your behalf and that we We are entitled to a reimbursement of the amount as well as these amounts plus a reasonable administrative fee which will not exceed SEK 300.
5.9EUR 30. All The administrative fee consists of and is determined by the fees we have to pay to third parties based on your driving and parking behaviour of the e-vehicle. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree that we may charge these amounts due and payable to Us will be charged to Your Elected Payment Method. If these payment methods fail, other collection procedures may be employed. You agree to compensate all Our collection costs, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, if You do not pay amounts owed to Us when due. We have the right to suspend or disable Your Account if You do not pay the amount owed to Us when due. If You have any questions related to the suspension, please contact our support team. Your Account will be reopened when the amount due is paid.
