Paying Fees. The payment of any fees or copays that you owe for services provided to you are required at the start of each session. Payment can be made in the form of cash or check (preferred) or credit card. If you are unable to make two payments in a row, I will not be able to schedule another appointment until the balance is paid in full. Any outstanding balances will be pursued using collection procedures.

Paying Fees. Fees are charged on an annual basis and are payable in four instalments, except for Year 12 tuition and boarding fees, which are billed in three instalments. Instalments of the fees and expenses are due and payable on the first day of each term. Tuition Fee concessions apply when the full year’s fees are paid within fourteen days of the commencement of the first School term. This concession is not available on boarding. We acknowledge that if the fees are not paid within the period specified then a late -ayment fee will be charged and reversal of any concessions on accounts will occur. Direct debits returned unpaid may also incur a late- payment fee. Parents are liable for any costs incurred by the College in recovering outstanding amounts.

  • Payment Amounts The aggregate Payments to be made in any fiscal year shall not exceed an amount that is equal to the corresponding Appropriated Amount.
