Paying Authority. The Paying Authority is the EU Payments Unit within the Strategy and Implementation Division within the Ministry for the Economy, European Funds and Lands. The EU Payments Unit is led by the Director (EU Funding Policies) and reports to the Director General (Strategy and Implementation) EU Funds within the Ministry for the Economy, European Funds and Lands. The roles and responsibilities of the Paying Authority are set out in the Regulations.
