Pay for Statutory Holiday. (a) An entitled Regular Full-time employee shall receive a day's pay at the employee’s regular basic rate for each of the Statutory Holidays.

Pay for Statutory Holiday. Employees whose regular shift(s) require them to work on Statutory Holidays provided herein will be paid at one and one half (1 1/2x) times their regular rate for the time worked and in addition will, at the employee’s option, be paid out for or granted equivalent time off. Such equivalent time off shall be scheduled at a time mutually agreed between the employee and the Employer.
Pay for Statutory Holiday. Subject to restrictions set out in this Article, each employee shall have a holiday on a day that is a Statutory Holiday and shall be paid his/her regular wage rate for such a holiday.

At the Employee’s option, he/she may be paid out for or bank equivalent time off for all hours in excess of his/her regular shift. Such equivalent time off shall be combined with any overtime hours banked in accordance with Clause 21.09, and shall be scheduled at a time mutually agreed between the Employee and the Employer. The Employer agrees that on Statutory Holidays, the staffing of Employees will only be the minimum crew required to operate the business.

  • Legal Holiday If the date on which any payment is due shall not be a Business Day, then (notwithstanding any other provision of the Notes or this Indenture) payment need not be made on such date but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the date on which nominally due, and no interest shall accrue for the period from and after any such nominal date.

  • Personal Holiday A. Each employee may select one personal holiday each calendar year in accordance with the following:

  • Saturday and Sunday Work Week: Five (5) consecutive days per week, Sunday to Saturday. Work Day: Seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours to be scheduled within the hours of operation.

  • Saturday Sunday and designated paid holidays shall not be counted in determining the time within which any action is to be taken or completed under the grievance procedure.
