Pay for General Holidays. All hourly rated employees shall be paid eight (8) hours pay at the regular hourly rate for the above-mentioned holidays, providing:
Pay for General Holidays. It is agreed and understood that the rate of pay as specified in "Appendix A" of this Agreement is inclusive of a holiday with pay for the following days:

Pay for General Holidays. All seniority employees shall be paid the number of hours normally worked on their regular shift at the regular hourly rate for the above-mentioned holidays provided they satisfy the following conditions:
Pay for General Holidays. All employees shall be paid nine (9) hours pay at the regular hourly rate for the holidays providing: they have been in the employ of the Company sixty (60) calendar days; they have not been laid off for a period longer than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the holiday; they have not been absent work due to sickness or injury for a period longer than six (6) months prior to the holiday; senior employees shall be given the first opportunity to work on General Holidays. However, they shall have the right to decline work providing a sufficient number of junior qualified employees are available.
