Pay During Temporary Transfers. (i) When an Employee temporarily substitutes in, or performs the principle duties of a higher paying position for more than one (1) hour, he shall receive the rate for the job. When an Employee is assigned to a position paying a lower rate, such Employees shall incur no reduction in pay.
