Pay Costs. To pay all proper and reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the Landlord (including managing agents, legal and surveyor’s fees and the fees of other consultants) attendant upon or incidental to every application made by the Tenant for a consent approval or licence under or by virtue of this Lease whether the same be granted or refused with reasonable cause or proffered subject to any lawful and reasonable qualifications or conditions or whether the application be withdrawn.
Pay Costs. There will be significant medical, nursing and clinical support pay costs associated with all of the proposed solutions. An estimate of these costs has been made in conjunction with clinical colleagues based on experience of operating existing services. All pay costs have been calculated using 2017/18 prices and include employers on costs, enhancements for out of hours and where appropriate an allowance for ‘time out’ of 22.5%. As the business case progresses through each stage, pay costs will be refreshed and updated to reflect up to date salary scales including any pay awards made in the intervening time period. In calculating pay costs, it has been assumed for all of the options that the new facility will operate for 48 weeks of the year with 10 theatres sessions available per week. Additional staffing relating to Diagnostics and Clinical Support (AHP/Pharmacy) have been included in all of the proposed solutions. Whilst a decant ward facility is to be included within all of the options, no allowance has been made for any additional pay costs associated with this, it is assumed that it will be staffed by existing NHS Tayside colleagues.

  • CP Costs Seller shall pay CP Costs with respect to the Capital associated with each Purchaser Interest of Conduit for each day that any Capital in respect of such Purchaser Interest is outstanding.   • Disbursements to Contractors to Pay Costs of the Project The Recipient shall require that as work on the Project and as specified in its contract is performed a Contractor shall promptly submit a detailed project specific invoice to the Project Manager. Within three (3) Business Days following receipt of such invoice from a Contractor, the Project Manager shall review the invoice and, if found to be accurate, shall so certify in writing, forwarding such certification together with a copy of the invoice to the Chief Fiscal Officer. Within five (5) Business Days following receipt of such invoice and certification from the Project Manager, the Chief Fiscal Officer shall conduct such reviews as he considers appropriate and, if he approves such invoice, shall submit to the Director a Disbursement Request together with the information and certifications required by this Section 6(b). The dollar amount set forth in the Disbursement Request shall be calculated based on the Participation Percentage as set forth originally in Appendix D of this Agreement or as may be adjusted from time to time to account for changed conditions in the project financing scheme. Within five (5) Business Days following receipt of the Disbursement Request and all required information and certifications, the Director shall, if such items are deemed by the Director to be accurate and completed, initiate a voucher in accordance with applicable State requirements for the payment of the amount set forth in the Disbursement Request. Upon receipt of a warrant from the Auditor of State drawn in connection with a voucher initiated in accordance with the terms of the preceding sentence, the Director shall forward it by regular first class United States mail or electronic funds transfer, to the contractor or other authorized recipient designated in the Disbursement Request. Prior to any disbursement from the Fund, the following documents shall be submitted to the Director by the Recipient:

  • Start-Up Costs 4.1.1 The Government of Ontario will provide:

  • BILLED COSTS Charges for the services cited in Section II will be billed or cost applied in accordance with the procedures established by the county, and recorded on the books of the cost center providing the service. Such charges will be based on the actual allowable costs, as defined by Uniform Guidance, incurred by the cost center responsible for providing the service. Any differences between the billed allowable costs and the actual allowable costs for a particular accounting period will be considered in a subsequent agreement.
