PAY CONDITIONS. Section 1. An employee shall be paid at least once a week, on an hourly basis, and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Employers may pay employees utilizing a paycheck or direct deposit. Paychecks and or paystubs shall be distributed by the Employer on a regular established payday, and no more than one week’s pay held back. Online paystubs must be available for print on payday. If an employee is not paid by the end of the shift of the regular payday, the Employer shall pay a penalty for all waiting time. The penalty shall be eight (8) straight time hours of pay per calendar day to the employee until the employee has been paid in full. The above penalty shall not apply where the Employer’s failure to pay is due to circumstances beyond the Employer’s control.

In the event that Normal Payday lands on a Holiday, Employees shall be paid by check or direct deposit the first business day prior. PAY CONDITIONS. The use of payment by time or incentive pay systems should be applied locally in a way which will promote to the greatest possible extent the productivity, competitiveness, and consequently also the employment opportunities, of the individual company.

PAY CONDITIONS. Section 2. Payday Employees’ payday shall be no later than the ending of the last weekly, bi-weekly or bi-monthly pay period except in cases beyond the Employer’s control. In case there is a delay after twenty-four (24) hours, a supplemental method of payment will be made. Unless changed by mutual agreement of the Local Union and the Employer, the current one week holdback shall remain in effect.
PAY CONDITIONS. Section 1. Wages shall be paid on or before quitting time on a day determined by the Employer and shall include all the monies due up to and including the preceding week. When an employee is terminated, he shall receive all monies due at the end of said working day.
PAY CONDITIONS. The casual employee’s rate of pay shall be in accordance with the conditions of the Award and the current Inprint Pty Ltd Enterprise Collective Agreement.
