– Pay at Termination. Payments to an employee following termination for any reason shall be made on the next regular pay cycle. The terminated employee shall be paid all wages due; including paid time off during the payroll period worked and earned not taken vacation, if applicable. If the employee is not paid at the time of termination, then he or she shall be advised of the time and place when payment shall be made within the time limitations set forth above.
– Pay at Termination. Employees who are terminated will be paid on the next regular pay day or within two weeks, whichever is sooner. Payment shall be tendered upon the return by the employee of all keys and other City property within his possession.

The Employee can rebut the above presumption if he proves the idea, process or invention (i) was first conceived or developed after termination of employment, (ii) was conceived or developed entirely on the Employee’s own time without using the Company’s equipment, supplies, facilities, personnel or Confidential Information, and (iii) did not result from or is not derived directly or indirectly, from any work performed by the Employee for the Company or from work performed by another employee of the Company to which the Employee had access.

  • Cross-Termination Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, (1) BNY Mellon may terminate this Agreement by written notice to Voya if the accounting agreement between the Voya Funds and The Bank of New York Mellon is terminated by either the Voya Funds or The Bank of New York Mellon, effective on the date of termination of such accounting agreement, and (2) Voya may terminate this Agreement if the Voya Funds terminate their accounting agreement with The Bank of New York Mellon for cause, effective on the date of termination of such accounting agreement.
