Common use of Pay and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Pay and Benefits. 4.1 With effect from your start date you will be paid salary at the rate of £215,000 per annum within grade BG2, payable in arrears on or about the 15th of each month (or, at the discretion of the Board, earlier). This salary will, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Company, be inclusive of all fees and other remuneration to which you may be or become entitled as a director of the Company or of any of its subsidiaries or associated companies for the time being.

Pay and Benefits. 4.1 With effect from your start date the 1 September 2002 you will be paid salary at the rate of £215,000 214,000 per annum within grade BG2, payable in arrears on or about at the 15th end of each month (or, at the discretion of the Board, earlier). This salary will, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Company, be inclusive of all fees and other remuneration to which you may be or become entitled as a director of the Company or of any of its subsidiaries or associated companies for the time being.
