Common use of Pavement Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Pavement Maintenance. Upon acceptance of the Project, the City shall be responsible for all pavement maintenance within City right-of-way and the County shall be responsible for all pavement maintenance within County right-of-way unless necessitated by a failure of a municipal utility system or installation of new facilities.

Pavement Maintenance. Upon acceptance of a project by the ProjectCounty and City, the City shall be responsible for all pavement maintenance within City right-of-way and the County shall be responsible for all pavement maintenance within County right-of-right of way unless necessitated by a failure of a municipal City utility system or installation of new facilities.
