Patrols. 4.10.1.1 Each Device in the Maintenance Area shall be inspected during the Lighting Period, as hereinafter specified. Each Device’s location shall be physically inspected once every ten (10) Days (“Patrol Cycle”). The primary purpose of the patrols is for the Contractor to inspect the Devices to find and correct any outages or other defects as expeditiously as possible, and to note any condition(s) that require maintenance or repair to be performed at a later time by the Contractor pursuant to a Street Light Order (“SLO”).
