Common use of Patriot Act Clause in Contracts

Patriot Act. Each Lender hereby notifies the Borrower that pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot Act (Title III of Pub. L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)) (the “Patriot Act”), it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Borrower, which information includes the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow such Lender to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act. Each Lender hereby notifies the Borrower that pursuant to the requirements of the USA Patriot Act (Title III of Pub. L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)) (the “Patriot Act”), it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each borrower, guarantor or grantor (the Borrower“Loan Parties”), which information includes the name and address of the Borrower each Loan Party and other information that will allow such Lender to identify the Borrower such Loan Party in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act. Each Lender The Lenders hereby notifies notify the Borrower Borrowers that pursuant to the requirements of the U.S.A. Patriot Act (Act, Title III of Pub. L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)) (the “"Patriot Act”"), it each Lender is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the each Borrower, which information includes the name and address of the Borrower name, address, tax identification number and other information regarding such Borrower that will allow such Lender to identify the such Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act. This notice is given in accordance with the requirements of the Patriot Act and is effective as to each Lender.

The Borrower agrees to provide the Lenders, upon request, with all documentation and other . information required to be obtained by the Lenders pursuant to applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act.

Borrower agrees to provide to Lender promptly upon Lender's request, such information that will allow such as Lender to identify shall require for purposes of complying with the Borrower in accordance with requirements of the Patriot Act, the federal regulations issued pursuant to the Patriot Act and any customer identification program established by Lender in accordance therewith.
