Common use of Patient Referrals Clause in Contracts

Patient Referrals. The Parties agree that the benefits to Provider ----------------- hereunder do not require, are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the referral, admission, treatment, or any other arrangement for the provision of any item or service offered by Service Company to patients of Provider in any facility, laboratory, or dental care operation controlled, managed, or operated by Service Company.

Patient Referrals. The Parties parties agree that the benefits to Provider ----------------- hereunder do not require, are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the referral, admission, treatment, referral or any other arrangement for the provision of any item or service offered by Service Company IPS to any of Providers patients of Provider in any facility, laboratory, facility or dental care operation laboratory controlled, managed, managed or operated by Service CompanyIPS.
