Common use of Patents, etc Clause in Contracts

Patents, etc. The Borrower and each Material Subsidiary owns or has the right to use, under valid license agreements or otherwise, all material patents, licenses, franchises, trademarks, trademark rights, trade names, trade name rights, trade secrets and copyrights necessary to the conduct of its businesses as now conducted, without known conflict with any patent, license, franchise, trademark, trade secrets and confidential commercial or proprietary information, trade name, copyright, rights to trade secrets or other proprietary rights of any other Person;
