PASSENGERS. For transportation of persons, THE CARRIER’s liability with respect to each Passenger shall be limited to the sum of 16,600 Special Drawing Rights. Note: U.S. Regulations require that for flights to or from the United States, or which include a stopover in the United States, the limit of liability shall not be less than USD 75,000.
