Passenger Ride Time. No one rider shall spend more than one hour (time limit subject to change by HTA) on a vehicle during any one way trip, if a trip is less than twenty miles. For trips at least twenty miles, the passenger time on the vehicle is limited to ninety minutes. This policy will be reviewed by the HTA and is subject to change. EXHIBIT “B” FEDERAL PROVISIONS

  • Crib Time 17.6.1 An employee working overtime shall be allowed a crib time of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked provided the employee continues working after such crib time.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.

  • Show Up Time a) When an Employee reports for work but is not placed to work or is unable to continue to work because of inclement weather or any other reason beyond the control of the Employer, the following shall apply:

Paid Time to Working Time Employees absent on approved leave, paid by the Employer or by the Workers' Compensation Board, shall for the purposes of computing overtime pay during the work schedule in which the absence occurred, be considered as having worked their regularly scheduled hours during such leave of absence. No pyramiding shall result from the application of this provision. The foregoing shall also apply in cases of short term leaves of absence for Union business approved by the Employer under the applicable provisions of the Collective Agreement where payment is made to the employee by the Union. Weekend Premium An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of sixty-five ($0.65) per hour for each hour worked between hours Friday to hours Sunday or such other forty-eight (48) hour period that the Hospital may establish. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, will not receive weekend premium under this provision. The weekend premium shall increase seventy cents ($0.70) effective eighty cents ($0.80) effective April I, and eighty-five cents ($0.85) effective October ARTICLE -ALLOWANCES
